Wild and Running CH:1

Rem's POV

"Rem are you almost done? I've been waiting 20 minutes for you to be ready! HURRY UP!" I hear my best friend, Kaila, call up the stairs.
"Jesus Kaila, you're so impatiant ya know that? I'll be ready when i'm ready so calm your hormones!" I yell back to her from my room.
After I yell at her to wait, I grab my black eyeliner from my nightstand drawer and add the finishing touches to my make-up. first I draw a line starting at the edge of my lip and end it half way across my cheek, then put little dashes through it to make it look like stitches. Then I draw another line connected to my eye make-up down my face then put a dash half way through. I step away from the mirror and head towards my closet to pick out the perfect thing to wear. After searching through my closet, hanger by hanger I come across the perfect outfit. I pull on my black skinnies and a black and white striped tutu over it, as for my shirt I put on my black and white Black Veil brides T-shirt. I search through my room and find my black knee high converse and slip them on. After looking over my clothes, I grab my straightener and begin to straighten my hair.
After about a half hour of yelling at kaila to wait a little longer and straightening my hair, I finally finish. I step away from the mirror and look myself over. Then I glance down a my wrists. Scars from a few days ago are still noticeable. I remember the pain, how it numbed my pain away, the blood, how it's warmth felt so good as it trikled across my skin. I allow tears to fall from my eyes. I wipe them away along with the make- up that comes with them. I grab my eyeliner one again and fix whatever make-up washed off along with my tears. I quickly grab a few bracelets from my dresser to hide them from sight.
"Rem let's go. I don't want to miss the concert! So get your booty down here now!" Kaila calls again up the stairs.
"About time!" she says as I walk down the stairs.
I look at her and shake my head. "My God Kaila, your so impatiant."
I look over her outfit, she's wearing neon blue skinnies with a purple and black tutu over it and an Invader Zim T-Shirt. She also has all her piercings in, it's the first time since she's got them i've ever seen her have them all in at once. All I have is a black lip ring, while she has snake bites, angel bites, her tounge and cheeks pierced and her cartaledge pierced. I also see her make- up.
"So, you going as Ashley?" I ask her. She looks at me like I have three eyes.
"Well no der, who else would I go as?"
Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer.
"Come on, let's go before we miss them play." Kaila says pushing me out the door.
"Okay, Okay, i'm going." I say soft of laughing as she pushes me out the door to her black mustang waiting outside.
I hear Fallen Angels playing as I get shoved into the passenger's side of the car. I turn up the music as loud as I can before I go deaf and start singing.
"....We scream, We shout, we are the Fallen Angels, We scream, We shout whoa oh whoa oh oh oh oh to those who sing alone, no need to feel the sorrow, we scream we shout whoa oh we are the Fallen Angels..."
I stare out the window as Kaila gets into the car. "I can't wait, this is going to be amazing! I heard that the band hangs out with fans after the concert!" says Kaila excited.
"Yeah, and maybe you'll get to meet Ashley." I say teasing her about her Ashley addiction.
"Stop teasing you never know what could happen tonight." She say defensively.
She's right going to my first concert, who knows what will happen.
